Why we need Self-Leadership Now: Navigating Change with Clarity & Confidence
In times of uncertainty, one of the most powerful tools we have is ourselves. Self-leadership is more than self-care or personal development—it's the ability to stay grounded, take initiative, and lead from within, even when the path ahead isn’t clear and you feel overwhelmed or powerless. This session explores why self-leadership is no longer optional, and how it can strengthen resilience, decision-making, and purpose in today’s demanding work environments.
3 Key Takeaways:
- Recognise the role of self-leadership in navigating change and uncertainty—and why it matters now more than ever.
- Identify common barriers to self-leadership, including mindset traps and workplace dynamics, and how to move through them.
- Learn practical strategies to build everyday self-leadership, from self-awareness to values-based decision-making.
